During the sessions, we use a professional High-End audio system, allowing crystal-clear voice and high frequencies to penetrate every cell of your body. This is a physical experience of a sound wave at decibels acting as a deep energetic massage, dissolving months of tension and removing old “echoes” of stress.
Scheveningen is the element of water and wind. We integrate the workshop processes with movement and closeness to nature. Together, we will embark on a bicycle expedition through the dunes, letting the sea breeze complete the process of “thawing” emotions. We have taken care of every detail, so you can simply surrender to the process under the care of my professional team.
