In accordance with the requirements, we have designated a contact point
for direct communication with the authorities of Member States, the
Commission, the Digital Services Board, and Users using the Service. Rapid
and direct communication is possible via e-mail at the address provided above.
These Regulations were created in cooperation with
the Law Firm of Legal Advisor Kinga Konopelko (http://www.kingakonopelko.pl).
Copying and distributing this document without the author’s
consent is prohibited and may be subject to both criminal and civil liability.
1. Price – the value expressed in monetary units that the Customer is
obliged to pay, and in the case of digital content/service – also a
digital representation of value;
2. Business day – a day of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding
public holidays;
3. Proof of payment – an invoice or receipt issued in accordance with
the Value Added Tax Act or based on other provisions of applicable
law sent to the Customer;
4. Customer – an entity that plans to make or makes a purchase, i.e., a
natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an
organizational unit without legal personality to which the law grants
legal capacity – also referred to as the User;
5. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes not
directly related to their business/professional activity;
6. Offer – a proposal to conclude a contract containing essential
elements of the Product (e.g., product description, Seller’s individual
proposal);
7. Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit
performing business activity in its own name, using the Store;
8. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a
contract directly related to their business activity, when it results
from the content of the contract that it does not have a professional
character for them;
9. Product – Goods or Service offered by the Seller in the Store;
10. Electronic Product – digital content received by the Customer as an
electronic file (e.g., e-book, PDF, audio/video);
11. Digital Service – a service allowing for data generation, processing,
or storage in digital form;
12. Regulations – these Sales Regulations defining the rules for using
the Store;
13. Store/Website/Service – the website where the Seller’s business is
conducted;
14. Goods – a physical item being the subject of the contract;
15. Goods with digital elements – goods containing digital content or
services necessary for its proper functioning;
16. User Content – information shared or produced by the User (e.g.,
reviews, comments, notes);
17. Durable medium – a tool allowing for information storage in a way
that allows for future access;
18. Contract – mutual agreements between the Seller and the
Customer;
19. Service – a service provided by the Seller to the Customer.
1. The conditions for the execution of the contract are determined by
the Regulations and the Offer.
2. In case of discrepancy between the Regulations and the Offer, the
Offer is binding.
3. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the Regulations by
the Customer, payment, and confirmation of the order by the Seller.
1. The price is a gross price including all taxes, unless the Seller
explicitly states it is a net price to which VAT (BTW) must be added.
2. The price does not include delivery costs, which are provided before
placing the order.
1. Customers can use the Store 24/7.
2. The Seller uses iDEAL for online payments.
3. Payments can be made via traditional transfer, electronic transfer,
payment card, BLIK, or other available methods.
4. The Customer is obliged to make the payment immediately after
placing the order.
● Electronic Products: Access is granted immediately after payment,
no later than within 48 hours.
● Consultations: 1 hour means 60 minutes. Dates must be agreed
upon via e-mail/SMS/online calendar. One-time rescheduling is
possible if requested 48 hours in advance.
● Subscriptions: Contracts are concluded for a fixed term; if not
terminated by the day before expiry, they extend indefinitely.
● Internet access and an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox,
etc.) are required.
● An active e-mail account is necessary.
1. All materials are protected by copyright law.
2. The Seller grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for
personal use only.
3. Commercial redistribution or modification is strictly prohibited.
1. Product reviews published by the Seller are verified.
2. Verification occurs by comparing personal data or cooperation
details with the Seller’s records, direct contact with the reviewer, or
providing dedicated review links.
3. If the origin of the review is doubtful, it will not be published.
4. Reviews aim to showcase the benefits perceived by existing
Customers.
5. The Seller does not use sponsored or barter-based reviews.
1. This chapter applies to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with
consumer rights.
2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14
days without giving any reason, by submitting a clear statement
(e.g., via email).
3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
○ Services fully performed with the Customer’s prior express
consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights.
○ Digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if the
performance has begun with express consent.
○ Non-prefabricated goods made to the Customer’s
specifications (custom-made).
○ Sealed audio/video recordings or software if opened after
delivery.
○ Delivery of periodicals/magazines (except subscriptions).
○ Contracts concluded via public auction.
1. The Seller creates a User Account for the Customer for an indefinite
period.
2. Sharing the account with third parties is prohibited.
3. The Customer must set a secure password immediately after
registration.
4. The Account can be deleted with a 14-day notice period.
1. This applies to Entrepreneurs without consumer rights.
2. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s
seat.
3. Liability under warranty (rękojmia) is excluded.
1. Posting illegal content as defined by the Digital Services Act (DSA)
is prohibited.
2. Prohibited content includes: terrorism, hate speech, spam,
harassment, discrimination, or content infringing on third-party
rights (copyright/privacy).
3. Moderation: The Seller may verify, block, or remove content that
violates these terms.
4. Reporting: Any person can report illegal content via email using the
provided contact details.
5. Appeals: Users have the right to appeal against content removal or
account suspension decisions within 14 days.
1. Force Majeure: Parties are not liable for non-performance due to
unforeseeable events (floods, war, etc.).
2. The law applicable is Polish law, provided it does not deprive the
Consumer of the protection granted by the mandatory laws of their
country of residence.
3. These Regulations are effective as of February 14, 2026.
